An ode to one of my favorite bands: ICP. (or Insane Clown Posse for those who don't know them)
I placed the juggalo chant along the rim to increase the craziness. Enjoy!!
this picture actually took me about 3 hours to do including inking.
I love this picture, I had a lot of fun doing it, seeing how I normally don't do this kind of work and detail. I'm kinda happy that I did this one.
